Emmadeline Home Care is residential behavioral health that offers a homelike setting designed to contribute to healing and mental wellness.
We believe every human has the right to feel whole, healthy, safe, and loved, and our mission is to support and inspire individuals suffering from mental illness and addiction as they journey toward recovery.
Also, we address the needs of adults between 18 years and older who are experiencing a variety of behavioral health problems or concerns.
COUNSELING:
Counseling will be provided for each resident at the frequency and duration prescribed in his/her treatment plan. Counseling may occur in a group setting or individually as stated in the treatment plan. Individual counseling may not exceed one hour every two weeks and group counseling will not exceed one hour every month. Counseling topics will be consistent with the program goals and treatment plan sand will be provided by a contracted Licensed Professional.
LIFE SKILLS:
Personal goals, stress management, health issues, Personal Development: Values, behavior management, social skills, anger control, relationships, communication skills, Therapeutic 5 recreation and Crisis management.
This agency will provide family counseling to residents who wish to have their families participate.
MONITORING:
Personnel will continuously monitor the residence and activities to ensure that all residents are safe and that behaviors are consistent with house rules and treatment goals.
OFF-SITE SERVICES:
We will provide transportation assistance for residents to and from appointments per the resident’s treatment plan. Consistent with each resident’s treatment plan, we will organize off-site activities such as shopping, recreation, or education. As necessary, we will provide assistance with self-administration of medication while resident is off-site.
